Do you want to have a copy of the video file downloaded? Or just be able to embed it into other forums and stuff?

If you want to embed it into this forum, Jai has to do some hacks to the forum code to activate that function I think.

If you're not using Mountain Lion on your mac, you can just grab it from the Activities window in Safari. Super easy.
