Was disappointed Roy didn't make the cut. He seemed to be outplaying him in the Q. But I guess not at camp. Well at least he will still be eligible next year too.

I saw that Roy didn't make it. Same with Wat's guy, Cuma. 2nd yr he's missed it.

interesting... tyson and elle both have 2 and that's as many as any one of us have.... plus only THREE of the 13 forwards belong to any one of us in our pool... very interesting... and as far as i can tell, Hall is the only undrafted prospect too!... maybe we missed a few guys when we did our previous drafts? haha... granted a ton of our prospects are playing in the AHL, and other countries, but still... very interesting....

I am pretty excited about this year's world juniors. It is looking to be a dog fight... There are just so many good teams out there this year around. I don't think Canada is that favoured this year considering the competition, even on home ice.

Sweden, Russia and Finland will have some pretty impressive teams.

i think canada will finish 3rd.. but no better... although the past couple years you could argue that canada didn't have the best team either... but somehow the canadian kids seem to understand the team game concept and they all chip in with their own roles... canada does have some pretty decent guns this year in hall, schenn, kadri... granted not as impressive as years past, i think they'll do alright... the only thing they're missing is a rock in net... Jake Allen is good, but he's still a question mark

because of the new nhl, a lot of the younger guys are playing in the NHL. Duchesne, Tavares, O'Reilly. I think Stamkos would still eligible.

So you're left with guys that aren't top end picks, that's why there aren't many guys that are drafted in our league.

Plus WJC isn't always a good indicator of how good a player is or isn't. Some guys are checkers, shutdown guys, defensive/faceoff specialists, etc.

some of those guys are pretty small. Eberle would be a superstar if he was 2 or 3 inches taller.

Kozun is small!! Bourque too. Ellis is the same size, except he's on d.
