just following some type of hockey training program... don't have any specific in mind.

where do you usually work out? for on ice we could do power skating at 8 rinks or maybe do our own thing at stick&puck sessions

well i usually play drop in at richmond saturday nights every other week, I can hook you up.

I work out at work in cloverdale, its my work's gym. Power skating would be alright but i've been really busy these days, not sure how my schedule will be, i'll have to re-evaluate my schedule after the playoffs.

the drop in sounds good.

i probably not going to go to cloverdale to workout.. guess i'll just stick to my crappy gym at work too, seeing as it's free.

i'll try to find some training materials/guide specific for hockey and start from there i guess.

man i haven't played in forever.. i can't wait till this saturday.
