Toss up for me between Dan and Alain.... I voted for Dan.

i said balysma because he's missing his top two centres and one centre happens to be the best player in the world who was on pace to put up 60+ goals for the season

i voted trotz... despite having an extremely thin roster in quality, he's able to find his team into a playoff spot in the extremely competitive western conference.

Alain has the best team on paper, even with the defensive injuries, the nucks are still a powerhouse. Plus Luo/Schneider have probably been the best goalie tandem in the league.

Dan still had the best player in the world for half a season and even the remaining healthy center (Staal) is better than any option Trotz has up the middle and they've been doing it all season long like that. No coach has less to work with than him.

Tippet and Torts are closer with what they have, but Trotz has the least to work with imo.

Babcock has the cushieist job in the world the wings basically coach themselves... lol. Not that he's a bad coach but the wings probably have the highest collective hockey IQ in the league.

i doubt he'll win it tho'.
