Some comments:
Was that Crosby's first goal at GM Place... ever?
I thought Brodeur let in a goal he should have stopped. Wicked shot, but he saw it all the way.
At least he redeemed himself in the shoot-out.
Never been a fan of Pronger.
Hot or not, Babcock needs to play Crosby more. We aren't going anywhere unless he's firing on all cylinders.

Hope we never play the Swiss again.

I just watched a bit of OT and the shootout. From the way the puck was bouncing, the ice looked horrible. Don't know why so many shooters went with the deke (well, except for Getzlaf who got robbed by Hiller on an earlier shot and was probably still feeling haunted)

I didn't watch much of the Canada Vs Switzerland game, but I watched the US vs Switzerland game.
I thought the US team was pretty lacklustre during that game, but they managed to beat the Swiss 3-1 which was pretty good.

The bit of the Canada game that I saw vs the Swiss, Canada seemed to be pretty together for the most part. I thought it would've been a solid win for Canada. Maybe it had to do with the fact that Canada was still scared from the last time they played the Swiss and lost.
