rottentomatoes give it a 51% - rotten...

which is surprising since most of clint eastwood's directed movies have been pretty good (invictus, gran torino, million dollar baby. etc..) I guess he has to have a miss sooner or later...

haven't seen it myself though.. but based on what is out right now I guess there's not a lot of other great choices..

It must be because of Matt Damon... I don't find him to be a good actor. He always has that goofy deer-staring-into-headlights look on his face, no matter what role he plays.

the plot line sounded interesting and the consumer reviews that i read were either excellent or crappy. but, like joel said, there aren't too many great movies out there to watch anyway.
