Okay so I've played about an hour of this game...
So far, graphics look pretty cool. The game play is very rigid and repetitive though. You just go on race after race after race as both a cop and an illegal racer. You can't customize your car except for colour and you can't buy cars... you earn cars with points. Even then though, you can't pick whatever car you want for each race. Each race restricts the types of cars you can pick, so it's like earning cars is pointless anyway.

I can't say I like this game very much.
