Okay, I'll call this game if there's poker tonight:

Bingo Swap -
Standard Bingo deal, each person has 4 cards plus 8 face down cards on the table.

We start with 1 of the table cards flipped up. The first person who's turn it is to flip will have a choice to:
- Swap a face up card with a new face down card from the deck. The face up card would then be burned.
- Add a new face down card from the deck into the Bingo wheel anywhere he wants
- Flip over a card

Each person only gets one chance to add/swap in the whole round until there are no more cards in the deck or until all the cards have been flipped up, whichever comes first.
