Haha it beat out Fast Five at the box office. Anyone watch Bridesmaids? Is it any good? Looks like a lame girl version of Hangover.

i think it's because fast five has been out for a little while and bridesmaids is just out. Newly released movies usually out perform older releases.

but yea, i thought it looked like a lame girl version of the hangover too. I don't think i'll watch this movie, or even d/l it haha.

and after hearing about it, i wish i hadn't.

it was pretty well received by the critics. that being said it's still a movie targeted at a female audience.

I enjoyed it. Wasn't pee your pants funny but it was funny enough.

hm. funny that i said i haven't heard of it. because i'm sure i have now (unless i just heard of it after this thread). i heard good things about it too, but only from females who don't go out often and would say that paul blart mall cop was good.

so i watched this yesterday... i originally didn't want to see it because it looked like a lame chick version of the hangover, but it's quite different from the hang over. The difference being: it's a chick movie... you know the usual bitch fest between the two best friends because of tension with another friend and the wedding, sprinkled with some mildly funny scenes and then they make up in the end.

I give it a 6/10. I actually heard some decent reviews from people saying that it's actually not a bad movie so i gave in and watched it with lish. Meh, it's pretty much what i thought it was. I wouldn't lose sleep over this movie if you haven't seen it already.

good to know that i will be able to sleep well tonight.

that was pretty much the only part i found funny actually... the rest was mediocre comedy... if all movies with 1 or 2 funny scenes were good movies, then all kevin james movies would be funny haha

C'mon, paul blart wasn't that bad. But by "wasn't that bad" I mean "was a sack of horse sh*t"
