Here's a list of garbage movies that you'll most likely want to stay away from. I may not be able to get these hours of my life back, but hopefully you'll never have to waste them.

The Killers
The Last Exorcism
The Rite
Repo Men (plus any other movie that stars Forrest Whittaker)
The Mechanic

These are of course movies that aren't obviously garbage. They were movies that probably were on your "rental" list, so there's a higher chance you would've watched them. I hope you're all able to tell which movies are obviously garbage, like the entire Twilight series.

Please please please add to the list... it will save lives.

i saw the mechanic on the plane to ontario last week. i didn't think it was that bad. i also saw green hornet, i actually lol'ed at some parts, but then i love seth rogen.

any of the mortal kombats
any of the new transformers lol

The golden compass was pretty bad... too bad because the book was good

sense and sensibility. to this day i still have no idea wtf it's about.
passion of christ for its historical inaccuracies and gross theological misrepresentation.

Lol, Legion really was teh suck. That main actor guy is in another similar movie in theatres now. I think it's called Priest 3D. Probably another garbage movie.

some maggie q movie where she's this assassin. that movie was ridiculous.
the tourist, but i already spouted off on how crappy that is.
unknown, has ok action but the ending is retarded.

Red Riding Hood

I usually like those movies that remake some old classics in a modern "grungy" sort of way (a la Batman Forever, Daniel Craig's James Bond, etc), but this movie was absolute garbage. Acting sucked and storyline was disjointed. It tried to tie in the werewolf story together with the Little Red Riding Hood fable. What it came out looking like was kind of a mix between Twilight and Wolfman (Benecio del Toro), both of which are crappy movies.

rubberface starring jim carrey (as james carrey). it was brutal.

Cowboys & Aliens - despite being big budget and starring Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford, this is a pretty bad movie. It was so bad. I was hoping that the title was just alluding to a being a B-movie, but would actually be good, but it's actually just a B-movie with a big budget.
