anyone try this game out? I wanted to try it, but am willing to wait until the game is at clearance or sub $20 prices... Just curious if it is even worth that.

I heard that if you liked Heavy Rain, you'll like LA Noire.... same gameplay style, but different setting.

Brendon bought it. It looks like a lot of investigative play. Go here, talk to him, go there, F that girl, go here, find this note, etc...

gta had hookers that you could do in your stolen car and then rob for your money back.

I remember God of War II had sequences where you had to control the effing actions. That was hilarious.

i was watching brendon play LA Noire the other night and it's kinda like GTA actually. You get to drive around in a cop car and you even get to commandeer random civilians' cars and go drive to a crime scene. Main story has you going around asking suspects or witnesses a series of questions and you have to guess based on the intel you've already gathered if they're telling the truth, lying, or you're unsure.

It look sorta interesting, but i don't think i have the patience to play this game. Seems a little slow for me. I like the go in guns a blazing games

you hear about those kids who died from car surfing? apparently they got the idea from games like gta (but mostly from teen wolf)

nope, didn't hear, but if they thought car surfing is something they should try, i'm sure they would've die trying some other idiotic thing even if they didn't play gta.
