Some mysterious magical power made 300 something prisoners disappear into thin air back in 1963, and now they're reappearing one by one in present day San Francisco, wreaking havoc. Sam Neill plays the super secret FBI agent leading a team that recaptures these inmates. The lead hero is this big boobed blonde chick detective that stumbles into Sam Neill's operation.
