lol i watched part of the trailer before i gave up (low bandwidth owns me) and i guess the three-boobed hooker is back.

I thought the storyline was just loosely based on the original... the storyline summary seems different than the original.
Lol - and John Cho plays McClane. He doesn't look much like a McClane.

from the beginning of the trailer, it looks pretty much exactly the same, including a three-boobed hooker.

Yeah, it looks like the movie starts off almost exactly the same, but the original was about some Mars rebels trying to liberate the planet. The new version is about some war between two Earth factions, Euromerica and New Shanghai.
Plus, there's no Kuato listed in the credits. How can it be Total Recall without Kuato???
