I wasn't trying to say this doesn't look like Punisher.. I was saying he failed at trying NOT to infringe on Punisher copyrights.

actually, that skull changed so many times, i don't know if marvel (or whoever) would have the copyrights for it (and all variations of it).
i think the only thing really saving him from any copyright infringement and/or royalties would be the fact that the punisher didn't explicitly say that he's the punisher.
