I saw commercials for it and was wondering if it was worth watching.

nope it's supposed to be something like the incredibles.. but with that comish guy and dexter's wife, rita.

Started watching a few episodes...

It's not too bad...
but it might be a bit misleading. It's not really about a superhero family. It's more like it's about a family with super powers. it's basically a family drama + thrown in some super powers... id give it a 6/10 maybe.

if you doesn't have that comicbook flow that most "super-hero" type shows/movies do though. pacing is slower. character development is ok...

It seems like they are laying ground for a more invovled season plot, but you can't really tell much 5 episodes in..so it may get better... but it may not.

actually heroes was like that too. promising ideas, laid the ground for some awesome stories, but then just fell flat. probably had to do with the writer's strike though.

haha, i saw a commercial for this the other day. i think the reason why i never noticed it was because i just thought that it was a commercial for the shield lol.

either that or another fantastic 4.

but that black guy from 40 year old virgin is in it...awesome.
