yes. i also watched this and i'd give it .5 out of 4 stars.
Like almost all movies based on video games it blow chunks... on top of that it is super budget.

ray park is in it too. awesome.

and i think the street fighter 2 animated movie was awesome. but other than that, yeah all the movies based on videos game sucked:
