Got the following from attending an Intel TST
All Intel OEM
DP55SB Extreme mATX board my cost $185 NCIX cost $205 until April 30 $229 reg
I7 870 processor my cost $602 NCIX cost $630
Selling both together for $550 on C/L.
Or $450 if any of you nerds want it.

errr.. wudda, why does the i7 870 cost twice as much as the 860 just for an extra .13GHz?

In 4 core turbo mode the 860 only goes to 2.93. the 870 goes to 3.7Ghz

I could use it to play SC 2
But I would have to buy this for $350 and still put in another $450 to get the rest of the parts needed to make a computer
