So, I'm 90% sure that I won a Blackberry phone of my choice. There was a ballot draw for each branch (Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver) and as of 2 days before the promo was over, I was the only person in Vancouver who earned any ballots, which is why I'm almost sure I won, haha.

Anyway - so if I do win, does anyone want to buy a Blackberry? You get to pick any one you want and I'm sure it'll be factory unlocked. I'll determine the price depending on which Blackberry, but of course I'll give you nerds a good price.

but damnit....... why hasnt blackberry come out with a new phone in soo long, i'd rather have something more up to date.

They just came out with an updated version of the 9700 with the touchpad.

So, I after some research, the new Bold 9700 for $425.
Any takers?

bold 9700 always had the trackpad.. didn't it? unless you mean the bold 9650 which isnt out for a few months yet and is just a ram upgrade.

425 is a lil too steep for me for a 5-6 month phone, I could get a nokia E72 which is a newer and much superior phone imo for the same price. (but no bbm for harassing chicks).


EDIT: Found one on craigs list for 350. Then again, there are some bozo's on CL buying and selling for 400+

I thought the previous version of the 9700 had a trackball instead of the trackpad.

I saw that CL ad too, but that was the only one selling for $350 (and another ad by the same guy for $399 before). Everyone else was selling $450+
IMO, that one seems like one of those "too good to be true" ones.

I checked on ebay too.. same thing, about $450.

previous bold had a trackball, but that wasn't the 9700.

425 is too much for that phone for me, thanks though.

the chances of you selling on this forum is low anyway. everyone on here (all 5 of them) are a bunch of poors and already have phones.
