I don't have the model name but the make is Freespirit.
I can't find the user manual, but... it's an exercise bike. Sit on it and pedal.
Here are a few things.
The computer uses 4AA batteries.
As it is magnetic it requires a power outlet to plug into.
It is fairly quiet. You can easily watch a movie or an episode of Transformers, Futurama, or The Big Bang Theory while you're on it.
The computer has 8 difficulty settings.
6 built in programs to add variety to your exercise:
Fat Burn
Max Fat Burn
Aerobic
Hill
Mountain
Plateau
There is also a "no program" program which is of constant resistance.
The bike keeps track of time, "speed", "distance", "calories", and pulse. Speed, distance, and calories are in quotes as they don't really represent the speed, distance, or calories expended; however, they can be useful to compare one workout from another.
Here are a couple of pics.
