Looking for a place to rent, preferably a move in day around december 1st.

2bed 1bath (around 1200-1400/month), or a 3 bed 2 bath (1800-2100/month). Cheaper would be fine also lol.

That's a pretty healthy budget for renting and I'm sure you'll find tons of availability in any areas outside of downtown.

If you can afford that much rent, why not look into buying a place instead?

You can buy a place and rent out a room? It's not as good as splitting the rent halfsies though I guess.
Actually, weren't you mentioning to me that you wanted to do that in the first place?

There a bunch of new condos being completed in those areas, and yeah, a 2 bedroom goes for about 1200, at least that's what it said in the papers.

helen is moving out of a house at the end of this month. it's a shared house, 3 bedrooms for rent and shared bathroom.

the problem is i think her creepy old man landlord only rents to young asian chicks. it'll be nice to live there but i have a feeling he won't rent to you haha.
