Ok... so everytime that Hui Tin comes back from Calgary, Shao and I get her to bring back some Galloway Beef for us. Unfortunately this time, she mistook my order and purchased a lot more than I had asked for. With all the home made baby food that is currently occupying my freezer, I simply don't have room to fit half a cow. (Well... almost half a cow, maybe about a thrid of a cow.... the expensive third anyways. $700 in meat) It's been butchered into freezer packs so if anyone is interested in some high quality steaks. Let me know and we'll work out a price.
