My guess is that Alice is flying out at 2am (they like that 2am flight) on Saturday morning and Fynn needs fly out on Monday morning at 2am .. he needs to be at the airport 2 hrs early..... thus

Poker Sat 2:00 am to Sunday 11:59 pm.

He wants to squeeze in all the playing time he can get.
