raw eggs can be better because they're easier to consume... I guess. I image it would be easier to drink 6 eggs than to eat 6 scrambled eggs. I could never do it though. Never tried either.

yeah, apparently cooking it saves some acid or something in the egg white, it also gets rid of some enzyme in the yolk that's needed to break down that acid or something. i read about it a lot when i was having one a day, but i guess i forgot a lot of it.

just make sure you wash the shell before cracking it because that's where the salmonella lives.
