i think jai mentioned $100 per person, i brought a 100$ cash to the weigh-in... but no one was collecting at the time.

i have no idea now.

The original plan was for all participants to put in $100 and everyone would have to sit down and approve everyone else's goals. Once we had concensus, then the payout of the pot would only go back to the individuals who acheived their goals. Therefore, the worst that you could do if you hit your target was to get your own money back.

However, since we all haven't sat down and ok'd each other's goals yet, there is no wager.
