I think I did the sunrun in about 57 minutes, have to wait till tomorrow for official results. Pretty good for about 10 of training sessions on the treadmill only.
I could of pushed the pace a little harder too, still had plenty of gas in the tank at the end. Didn't help that you spend about 50% of the time people dodging.
Pretty much kept my heart rate up at 180-190 bmp for most of the race, the last kilometer I just ran as fast as I could without running into people, probably averaged 200 bmp for the last bit.
Going to aim for something near 50 minutes next year if i'm still in shape.
