Triple Crown -> DONE

139 kilometers, 3000+m elevation

Seymour: 2 seconds off a PB
Grouse: Stuck with the group
Cypress: 47 seconds off a PB

That pretty much finished off my nine day challenge of climbing at least 8800m (8804m)... the height of Everest.

In case anybody's interested, here's the nine day breakdown:
Saturday 19 SFU 37 km, 598m
Sunday 20 Cypress*1.3 101 km 1904m
Monday 21 Rest
Tuesday 22 Seymour, 1/2 SFU 62 km 1640m
Wednesday 23 Rest
Thursday 24 Matheson Crescent 37 km 890m
Friday 25 Rest
Saturday 26 Triple Crown 139 km 3034m
Sunday 27 Church/Matheson 42 km, 737m
