I've been totally cheating this past week... so many dinners...
The good part is, I was still able to stay off the pop and juices. It's not a complete loss.

it's been a while since an update. any progress? any new goals?

I totally fell off the wagon and haven't been doing much.

I've been trying to get started again, but I've got no motivation.

Actually... I did try to start a few things. I tried hiking mountain trails and jogging Trout Lake, but it's just that nothing stuck.

And plus, all my time and energy is taken up by having to do all the cooking and cleaning at home after work because the person I share my place with does squat.

Well okay, she does do stuff... she leaves messes for me to clean up.

cooking and cleaning is a work out too, as long as you're working out while you're cooking and cleaning.
