Nope I'm hovering over 150. Its getting harder than I thought. Strength still progressing nicely though.

yep no big deal. i took a shot to the foot and i guess my skate doesnt have enough padding on that one spot to take a point blank slap shot.

i'm out 4-6 weeks. going to the gym today though
