So i've been playing around with a lower sodium and low carb diet.. man you drop alot of excess water weight. I'm down to about 146 lbs walking around now. Going to try to drop down a bit more body fat then do a lean bulk back up to 150 lbs.
It is alot harder to get your calories in though.... carbs are just so much easier to find.

I have a 6 pack now, should i keep on cutting and make it a shredded 6 pack or put on the bulk and make it more defined?
