so i don't think i've lost any weight yet, which sucks. i haven't weighed myself in about 2 weeks though, so i don't really know... but i'm pretty sure i haven't made much progress or if i have it's marginal.

weighed myself on friday came out around 175. also went for a skate last night. felt pretty good.

really looking forward to start of season!

Just from looking at your appearance thought I think that your body make up % has shifted a lot. 175lbs has significantly less fat and more muscle. Just my 2¢

really? joel looked the same to me last i saw him (which was this past sunday). but then, he was wearing clothes.

Played my first full game in over 14 months. Knee held up great. There was some minor pain after the game and this morning, but while playing my knee felt strong enough the whole time.
