you probably want to measure the area over the belly button. That is usually where the fat resides on most people. Basically just find where your gut sticks out most and measure from there.

There's also a disturbing flap of skin on the back of your upper neck... you better wash the folds or else you'll get some nasty rashes...

Anyone have any good snack ideas?

I'm wanting something like chips but not fried or greasy like chips. Preferably moderate in calories and high in protein but that's a bonus.

Must be a Man snack, not rabbit food.

+1 on trailmix. i dig that stuff. costco has a mix that's pretty awesome with peanuts, smarties (or maybe m&m's), pretzels, and some other stuff (i think sun chips too).

either that or just straight up peanuts.
