Yeah, so looking at my OP I've hit all my targets except the BF%. I'm still hovering at 18%. I'd probably be close if I didn't have that setback of taking all of the month of August off and just eating like a pig.
So here are my revised goals
Currently 184 lbs 18% body fat 33" waist. (That's a real 33, not a Gap or Old Navy 33)
Looking to trim down to about 175 lbs and get back to a nice lean 11% body fat. 31" waist (I don't think my bone structure can tolerate anything smaller)
That means that I have to lose about 15lbs of fat still and put on probably 8-10lbs of muscle.
No more dietary restrictions but that also means no more cheat weekends for me.
