Ive started some distance running. Don't know why. Something about beating times is pretty motivating. This aint going to help me gain weight lol.
Still pretty slow though probably compared to Shaun.
5K i'm down to 25:30
Did my first Sun Run (10k) 59 mins
Then did The Long Day Run (10k) at UBC 54 mins
This Sunday i'm doing the Scotiabank Half Marathon (21k). Not sure what a reasonable time to aim for is.
