eat fruit... straight up fresh fruit. No dried, processed in a bag type stuff. 95% of that stuff has stuff that's probably not good for you anyways...
sometimes munching on an apple at work gives me more of a kick in my day than eating an energy bar... Just buy a bag of apples, oranges, bananas and bring a couple to work every day... i find these days i'd take an apple over some sorta bar/chip any day... except for ketchup chips... mm... how i miss thee
