No. No more races for me this year. It's been a bad autumn for me and I lost too much speed.
The original plan was to do the Fall Classic last weekend but then I pulled my calves about three weeks before.
The Ginger Jar crossed my mind, but really, I don't want to run a race unless I think I can get a pb. I'm just not there anymore.
So... The current plan is to:
1) start my marathon training in January.
2) Run one of the Chilly Chase 10k races at the end of January. Vancouver? Langley?
3) Maybe run the 'First Half' Half Marathon in the middle of February
4) Run the Vancouver Marathon in the beginning of May.
Are you doing the ginger jar race?
