are you trying to hit a certain weight? honestly, if i were you, i'd let the weight come to you. You're what, 24 going on 25? I think it's about time your metabolism started to slow down. over the next 5 years you'll gain your weight. I wouldn't force it. Especially with you graduating soon and probably getting a full time desk job like most of us. I think if you just continue to work out and stay healthy you'll be fine. I wouldn't force feed myself calories unless you really need it. Of course i'm talking from experience. I started to pack on the pounds when i turned 24, and coincidentally got hitched and had a kid... lol... but yea, mid 20's... the weight will come to you dude
