GOAL: GAIN AS MUCH F'N WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE BY SEPT
PLAN: TRYING TO EAT 3000-3500 CALORIES A DAY + WORKOUT EVERY OTHER DAY
CURRENT WEIGHT: 137 LBS
WHY: I'M NOT MARRIED so get more girls obviously
STARTS, TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

two raw eggs every morning.
OR
go to saskatoon for a couple years to study. that'll gain you some weight good.

I started my buddy at work on my workout and put him on a 3500 calorie diet..
Hes put on like 15 lbs in about 6 months. His genetics are kinda like yours, He was like 6'3" and 175-180 when starting. Now hes about 195 lbs.
Remember to lift heavy and take a multi. Go back to the workout you were doing before.
Thought you had a girlfriend>?

Ok, so I was weighing myself again the otehr day and someone came by and said that the scale i was using was busted... so I used the other one apparently i'm 142 lbs. lol

are you trying to hit a certain weight? honestly, if i were you, i'd let the weight come to you. You're what, 24 going on 25? I think it's about time your metabolism started to slow down. over the next 5 years you'll gain your weight. I wouldn't force it. Especially with you graduating soon and probably getting a full time desk job like most of us. I think if you just continue to work out and stay healthy you'll be fine. I wouldn't force feed myself calories unless you really need it. Of course i'm talking from experience. I started to pack on the pounds when i turned 24, and coincidentally got hitched and had a kid... lol... but yea, mid 20's... the weight will come to you dude

i disagree. some people are genetically inclined to have a very high metabolism throughout life. I think JT is in that category... if he wants to put on weight he is likely going to have to work at it.
in most cases i would agree with you, just not for JT.

Difference is that he'll probably put on weight in the form of muscle if he works out. If he lets the weight come to him.. its gonna be fat.
