MMmmmmm....
Since my Global project is on hiatus, I decided to continue waking up at 5:30 everyday and work out before heading to work instead of changing my sleep schedule back. Today was Day 1. I did P90X at HALF load and I still dry heaved 50 mins into it.
That being said, I feel great right now. Haven't had this much energy at 9:00am in a long time, especially considering that I only had 5 hours of sleep. I wanted to get into bed by 10:00 last night but there were just too many chores to do. I knew that the first week is always the roughest so I decided to make sure that ALL the chore were done, Yesterday was 15 hours straight of taking care of the wife, the kid, the grandmother (parents were out all day) and chores. Didnt' make it to bed until 12:30. Gonna try and get into bed by 9:30 tonight, but that really depends on how sick the wife is still.
Hopefully, tomorrow will not start with vomitting again.
