i heard about this before, and it sounds interesting. i thought it made sense too when i first heard about it, but i don't like this guy's particular rationale, i.e. tens of thousands of years didn't change our genetics that much. how does he know? uh oh, here comes a creationist vs. evolutionist debate lol.
another thing to add to this is i remember another book (i think it was body for life? not sure) said that our "hunter" forefathers never got full. they hunted, then ate, then hunted, then ate. they only ate what they could catch which was spread out throughout the day. i think that's why they say eat 6-7 small meals in a day instead of one huge one like i do almost every day.
if only we could look like the guys in 300.
