If you have a wendys around, I found the wendy's homestyle chicken grill sandwich (or whatever its named) to be fairly healthy, within my calorie limits and contains proper macros.

It's all about the sugars. Beer is simple sugar as well.

Yeah, beer totally counts. It's one of the bad ones because of all the hops... but I guess that depends on your own personal goals, if you're part of this.

juice is like drinking pop with vitamins.
beer is like fermented grain juice. Carbs are not the worst thing about beer, Alchohol also slows down your metabolism for a short period.

140 is fat burning, but hardly what I'd call real cardio....

I have started to cut out pop and some juices. After I'm done the batch of beer that I bought a couple of weeks ago, I'll start to cut out beer too.
Still struggling a bit on the food part of it... Jai keeps buying me fries.
I'll work on that though.
My exercise routine hasn't started yet. Need a bit more motivation on that part.

Update on my goals:
I didn't drink much juices before, except for those small Vitasoy juice boxes which I've cut out on. Significantly cut down on beer and pop. I went from having 1 pop every couple of days down to 1 or 2 pops every couple of weeks. I had 1 beer at Jai and Coleen's party which was the first one in 2 weeks.
I don't have a scale at home, so I can't weight myself, but I went down 1 notch on my belt, haha.
