ok, i finally got around to measuring my fat ass.
not sure if i'm doing it right, but i measured 36 inches around my belly button (standing up straight, slouching adds an inch). just weighed myself with my digital scale and got 189.2 two times in a row wearing sweats and tshirt. according to i'm "large frame" and my ideal body weight for my height is 161-184 (yay, i'm 5lbs overweight).
goal:
drop to 32-33 inches around my belly button (my ideal waist is 31.8499 according to )
drop to 175lbs (so gaining 9lbs after will still put me in the healthy side)
have large pectoral muscles (a la ren from ren and stimpy)
target date:
everyone seems to be looking at may 2011, so i guess i will too. may 31, 2011 (winnie's 31st birthday lol)
methods:
watch what i eat (yeah right, who am i kidding)
seriously, try to watch what i eat, cut down on snacks, pop, and drink buttloads of water, maybe even start bringing lunch (so i'll actually eat lunch and/or avoid going to wendy's for lunch), ease up on fast foods
wake up at the latest 8:00 (aim for 7:00... i hear sleeping in is a fat builder)
stationary bike for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week (i may not be able to on my days off)
total gym for those large pectoral muscles 4-5 times a week (whenever i'm on the stationary)
watch an episode of star trek during each workout (just kidding)
not sure if those methods will get me where i want to get, but it's better than just sleeping in.
tips/advice welcome.
