wasn't there supposed to be money involved in this thing?

i for one, am happy to just leave the money out and we rely on each other for motivation and ass kicking.

i think jai mentioned $100 per person, i brought a 100$ cash to the weigh-in... but no one was collecting at the time.

i have no idea now.

The original plan was for all participants to put in $100 and everyone would have to sit down and approve everyone else's goals. Once we had concensus, then the payout of the pot would only go back to the individuals who acheived their goals. Therefore, the worst that you could do if you hit your target was to get your own money back.

However, since we all haven't sat down and ok'd each other's goals yet, there is no wager.

does that mean there won't be now though?

Well... we'd need to get together and agree on it as a group.

How about Friday night at my place? Say.... over a green felted table and some coloured chips?
