so joel tried a bunch of stouts at st. augustine on friday.
i think the ones he liked were old rasputin russian imperial stout (north coast brewing) and xxxxx stout (pike brewing)

he didn't try the central city nitro oatmeal stout but that is some good stuff too.

i had a chance to try the howe sound pumpkineater which was AWESOME. If you have a chance to try it out before the season ends, i highly recommend it.

i also tried 2oz of the Flanders Sour....
which was really sour!

but to be honest after the 1st paddle, i wasn't really focusing much on flavor anymore...

oh yea and keian got this chipotle ale that had a smoky flavour

I tried Total Domination when i was in seattle, i thought that was pretty good.
