I'm starting a virtually no carb diet, i find i lean out better this way, although i do lose a bunch of muscle size this way.(probably from water retention)
Need some lunch ideas. Theres a IGA, Subway, A&W, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, Memphis Blues, Taco Bell, KFC, Salty's Fish and Chips, Dairy Queen, Churches Chicken nearby.
Want something meaty, not too greasy and no carbs.
Thinking of going to mcdonalds, grabbing a double quarter pounder and just scarfing down the meat and toss the bun.

If you're near an IGA, you could just get a grilled chicken breast with a salad.

quarter pounders in my experience (which is a LOT) is probably the least greasy of mcdonald's burgers (but that still doesn't say much). probably the worst is the fillet-o-fish, which is totally shiny.
bring trail mix to work and eat that. that's what i'm starting to do (it's better than not eating at all, my wife tells me).

Do you guys have a kitchen at work? If not, grilling stuff at work is going to stink the place up, haha.

who doesn't have a kitchen/lunch area? every job i've had would have a breakroom with a kitchenette at very least.
but i guess if you were a bus driver or something you wouldn't get one.

So I've been bringing leftovers for lunch lately... I used to go out for lunch all the time. I've never liked leftovers, but the thing I hate the most is that I'm stuck in the office when I eat leftovers for lunch. I'd rather go out somewhere.
