Both the McRib and Wendy's Dippin Chicken are just totally slathered in BBQ sauce. If you like BBQ sauce, then you'll love either one of these burgers. It was too much for me.
Although if I were to pick one, I guess it'd be Wendy's chicken one. At least it's closer to real meat than the McRib's cardboard.

i tried the new berry salad at wendy's... it was good, but the cheese made it a little weird... kinda odd that they put such strong tasting cheese in a semi-sweetish salad.
all the other wendys salad are pretty much crap tho' since they revamped them a while back ago... also spending 8.50$ on a salad is pretty steep for a fastfood joint.

i read somewhere that wendy's salads actually aren't any healthier than their other food. i think it was wendy's though. so the only real reason to get one is for the taste and nothing else.

it depends on how you define healthy too... any wendy's salad will continue more vitamins and nutrients than any burger and fries. also with salads the least healthiest component which is typically the dressing, you can moderate how much you consume.

i thought that all those vitamins can be lost depending on how the vegetables are treated? dunno.

i thought they lose stuff every day out of the fridge too... like if it takes a day to transport them to the supermarket, then they only have half of the original amount of vitamins and nutrients or something.
perhaps i heard wrong.

I think what you might've read is when they transport it.. they pack it in ice, and the ice damages the lettuce and vitamin content.
