The best beer I have ever had. ever. And aptly named.
to my disappointment though, they don't bottle the stuff you can only get it on tap from various establishments in BC. Highly recommended if you've never tried before.
Had some when i was up in Kelowna a couple weeks back.

just had some at St. Augustine.
It was pretty good. For a stout it was really easy to drink with a sweet coffee/chocolate finish and a slight hop aroma.
I've been trying alot of craft beer lately (mainly ipas and a few lagers) and while it stands out to me for being different i can't help but feel like it was missing something. (maybe alcohol as its only 5.4%) I had a couple pints of much stronger beer earlier so that probably didn't help either.
I wouldn't say it's the best beer i've ever tasted, but certainly one of the best stouts i've had. definately worth a try.

Is anyone going to Oktoberfest? It's being held at that German place that everyone knows but never goes to on Victoria and 33rd Ave.

its still october for a few more day, is this octoberfest still going on.
if not, anyone up for a pub night? just hit up a pub for some drinks and appies and relaxing... i still have a craving to get some more "back hand of god"
