i think it's called victory. it's to the right of the food court but to the left of top gun (if i said "between", it wouldn't mean anything since the mall is round). food was ok, not the greatest, but they have a special for hainanese chicken for ONE DOLLAR. seriously. it wasn't bad, but you could easily eat a full meal with leftovers for under $5.

gotta love cheap chinese food... makes me think that anyone can find something to eat even if they're down and out

Has anyone tried that other new restaurant at Crystal Mall? It's one of those ones that on the outside of the mall facing towards the street.

I think the one I'm talking about is called Ali Shan and it faces towards Willingdon Ave. I always see a huge line up outside.

It sounds like some sort of Hong Kong or Taiwanese cafe type restaurants. Kind of like "The One" on Kingsway near Imperial.
