One of my fav foods.
I guess it's more than two options, but since this forum opened up, I don't think we have to limit ourselves to two options anymore.
Poached, scrambled, hard boiled, soft boiled, sunny side up or sunny side down

That's my favourite way too... but soft boiled eggs have gooey goodness too. It's just not as easy to make and eat.

I find when you scramble eggs, it always ends up looking like there's a lot less eggs than it should be. Like, if you scramble 2 eggs, it comes out in just a tiny little pile.

If you like gooey, try some okra. They look like little chili peppers, but they aren't.
I prefer my eggs poached in canned tomatoes. Weird, I know. That's just the way I like 'em though.
I also like them scrambled with some ham and cheese melted on top.
I'm not really an egg person though.

I've never been a huge fan of scrambled, except if it's an omellette.

Are you sure? Didn't we have a batch of lobsters that had eggs in them at one of our lobsterfests?
