Pho place on kingsway beside curry king

I can't remember what it's called right now, but it's that 24hr pho place by metro between bubble world and curry king. Joyce recommended it the other week and she said she likes it better than pho hong. went there 2 times already, it's not bad. It's on par with pho hong imo (further down kingsway). The soup base is a little diff, but still pretty good.
It has a decent menu, and 3 pho sizes: R ($6), L ($7), XL ($8). The spring rolls are pretty good too. They don't really look like your usual vietnamese spring rolls but they're pretty good. I think the prices include tax because both times the bill didn't have any mention of taxes... then again, it's "cash only" so i'm not sure what exactly is going on there if you know what i mean.
I give it 8 spring rolls outta 10 pho bowls...
