at night. I hate going to bed with product in my hair. it gets on your pillow and it turns your pillow all gross and stuff. it's almost like smearing hair products all over your face because that's what you're doing while you move your head/face around on your pillow.

sore arms or sore legs

eat a couple huge meals or snack the whole day?

Although it's healthier to eat small meals throughout the day, it's really time consuming. Eat a couple of bigger meals for me.
